book on my end, the communication was excellent with our photographer before hand. Multiple meetings over the phone prior to my event ensured that we would get exactly what we hoped for. I really appreciated the forms they had us fill out to make sure we got each and every shot that we were looking for, and then some! Justin was our photographer and did such an amazing job. He communicated with everyone and made sure that we had pictures to last a lifetime. From staged shots to candid, bride and groom to guests, we are extremely pleased to be able to look back on each and every moment captured. Pictures turned out beautiful and I can’t wait to show everyone!! Thank you Epic and Justin for making such an amazing day so memorable!

On the day of the wedding, the crew was both quick and thorough, getting substantial coverage of multiple angles, poses, and so forth. They took some special shots as the sun set, which made a great addition to the album. I'm no expert on photography or editing, but I think that the album they provided after the edits were done was very nice! A particular highlight was the video highlight reel - everyone we've shown it to has had nothing but great things to say! They took our input on the music and made something that really put the spotlight on all the memories we wanted to share from the ceremony and reception. The only (minor) downside is that the final album/video took a little longer than they originally expected - however, they promptly responded to our inquiries and made sure we got everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing event photography.

e wanted to make sure that we were paired with a photographer that had experience photographing other same sex weddings. We were paired with Tori, and she was the absolute perfect match for us and on top of everything. We absolutely loved working with Tori. We paid for the gold photo package, so we received our photos quickly. They were stunning. The price point of Epic Photo and film was impossible for others to beat as well. It was evident however that Epic Photo could benefit from having more full time staff on the operations and communication side of the business. We had a few missed scheduled phone calls and would have to follow up on emails before receiving a response. At the end of the day though, everything was taken care of to our satisfaction and we have the most beautiful memories to look back on.

ly downside we have is the Video. It didn’t have everything we wanted and the song selections were opposite of what I selected. Regardless it’s a great film and we adore it just wish it could have been perfect.
